Your organization's knowledge belongs to your organization. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect and how we care for it.
What we collect
Your name, email, and organization name, plus what you choose to write here: assessment answers, Binder notes, Keys locations, handoffs, team questions, and coaching notes.
How we use it
Only to run the service for you and your team. We do not sell your information, and we never use your organization's notes to train public AI models.
AI features
When you use voice dictation, Ask Dolly, or Talk It Through, the relevant text or audio is sent to our AI provider to produce a response. It is used only to answer that request.
Who can see it
Only members of your organization. Sensitive areas such as Keys to the Kingdom and the Emergency Packet are limited to your Executive Director and Admins.
Your choices
You can download your Binder anytime. To delete your account or organization, contact us and we'll remove your data. [Retention and deletion timelines to be finalized.]
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll let account owners know by email.
